Pre-Post Natal yoga is so important and beneficial for pre-natal stages and maternal health. The mom to be goes thru so many physical and emotional changes, from hormones, aches, and pains. The body starts adjusting by it self to those changes on the hips, the ribs and other areas of the body for the baby's growth. Yoga can helps to alleviate and sometimes to prevent some typical discomforts, like back pain, hip tightness, and water retention. A healthy yoga lifestyle can help the mom to be and the mother to take care of her self, to be present with her baby and enjoy this amazing new stage in life.
A private Pre-Post Natal yoga session gets personalized attention. Together we explore the practice of pre-post natal yoga and how it can benefit you depending on your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Its convenient if you want to specify your practice depending on your necessities especially at this beautiful time of your life. Also, this is a great option if you have busy schedule because you can manage your own schedule (There is flexibility to add up to 5 extra people with an additional cost).
I work with individual clients and groups of all ages and all experience levels. Session can be instructed in English or Spanish, at the comfort of your home or workplace, as convenient. In the session I provide Yoga Instruction, including stretching (warm up), Breath techniques, yoga poses, meditation, mudras all accordingly to each individual level.

What to expect?
In our first session we will start talking for about more specific needs for your yoga practice. We will have a meditation to get consciously grounded. We follow with prioritizing your needs so we have a broad idea and goals to archive with our sessions to go. We also talk about good homework ideas, strategies and specific ways to help you improve your yoga practice as your lifestyle.
Pre-Post Natal Yoga classes are for all levels, from beginners to advanced. postures are taught to ensure maximum safety and benefits. All students from all body types and fitness levels gets a customized program and positional adjustments that increase skill, fitness, and wellbeing. To ensure stress and hormone levels get normalized, we work with different breath techniques that are so important during pre-post natal stage.
Props are provide, but it is recommended that as a way for you to continue your practice at home, you should purchase your own set of props to use at your leisure.
