What are you Ready to Let Go?



It's a constant pattern for most people to hold on things, people, and situations. Some people get attachments more than others and some others find so easy to let go the unnecessary.

The amazing part of letting go, it’s to set yourself free and leave space for new things to welcome.


The practice of releasing provides softness and lightness to the body, to the mind, and to the soul. With the help of yoga, we are constantly transforming ourselves. This transformation is a continuous work, until the moment that this process gets saved in the subconscious mind and it’s automatically added into the consciousness. In this case, repetition and practice are the keys. Releasing is the manifestation of the true awareness that everything is always changing. Just like nature its constantly changing, the practice of letting go will bring new overviews, panorama, and possibilities.

Any day with a full moon, we are soaked with its power. The full moon can gives us the opportunity to set ourselves free from things that have stopped us from keep going and transforming.


What to do?

You can try this small practice: Bring your attention to the present moment and embrace any arising emotions and feelings; no judgements, just pure awareness. You might find a piece of paper and write down everything that you're willing to let it go: thoughts, emotions, unhealthy environments, people, envies, words to others and to yourself. While writing think with total awareness of the available space you are getting for the new to come. Once completed, maybe burn the paper and see how the flames and smoke fly towards the moon energy making the transformation for you. Finally, get some time to feel and enjoy the lightness and confidence within you. You will be able to be free as much as you want to.


Even with or without a full moon, practice and repetition can help in the process of letting go the unwanted. Every time you feel that there are things stopping you to move forward towards your goals, use visualization, yoga, meditation, or write down what isn’t serving you and Let It Go. You deserve to live in full surrounded by the things that bring you love. If by any chance they don't, there is no need to keep them.
