The energy doesn’t have limits. We have the power to transform energy in our physical body as well as in our minds. Mainly, our mind is an instrument in our lives that is capable to follow any instructions we give. However, nowadays, we live outside of ourselves without recognizing or honoring our capabilities. We’ve let our monkey brains to go crazy and be in charge. The mind has gone wild having so many and extra-proportionate thoughts. It controls our actions and reactions as if we were its slaves, and it doesn’t stop; not even to let us rest at night. That’s really insane, no wonder why we have problems with depression, insomnia, physical pain, and sadly the list can go long.
Can you imagine your life as perfect as you dream it? Well, we can change our lives for the best of us anytime, if we want. As you might already know, we’re energy and we’re made of energy. A rock and a tree have energy, a flower gets transformed through energy, and the planet earth moves through energy. If we look at the science side, we’ll find out that the energy is not static, actually the energy can be changed and get transformed. That’s why a tree has the ability to be constantly changing every season and because of energy a flower can bloom, die, and reborn again. That’s the magic of being alive. So, if we’re born, if can grow as a tree, and give life; we have the power of owning this energy. That energy that can help us to grow, change, and get transformed physically.
Therefore, if we’re energy and we can use it and transform it, so we can change the way our minds have been behaving. To bring this into practice, we need to first slow down, recognize the thoughts, observe them, and see them go away. And with this in practice, most likely we’ll feel free and liberated. That’s meditation! (I invite you to read more about meditation in my article What is Meditation?)
But we need to keep in mind that practice is the key. It’s like if we’re building up our core muscles. We don’t workout one day 100 abs thinking that we’re done for the year. We need repetition, practice and perseverance. That’s the same with meditation. We need to keep repetition for one or twice a day, every day. No specific length necessary, as far as we take the time to practice as the observers of the thoughts until we are able to not get hooked and be able to see them pass by.
With all this said, if we’re able and we have the power to transform energy, we can transform our lives into perfect ones and live with clear and bright minds. In consequence, we’ll have clear thoughts, new and creative ideas.
The balance in me, recognizes the balance in you,
