The Rhythm of Yoga and Life


Yoga has a powerful magic of flow in between breaths and yoga poses that can be connected perfectly for deeper understanding. 


First of all, the breaths in yoga allows us to connect with the energy that life gives us. It encourages us to decide what is the best balance for us, to keep trying and practicing. This energy on the mat joins the decision and the action together to get and to sustain yoga poses with peace and joy, one breath at a time. But also, in real life, this allows us to take actions about how to face our dreams and desires for them to become real. This joint is the one that guides us to live present.


Then we have the yoga poses on the mat that let us see that challenges and completion are powerful teachers. Each yoga pose teaches us  to be real, present and consistent. The same as out of the mat where challenges can come full of emotions that we can either ignore or overcome. This is completely our decision. But if we allow ourselves to live the experience and be presently aware, we could understand more clearly our journey and keep going.


Now of course, the flow of breaths and postures can be a whole experience that will go as deep as we need to go. We can enjoy it or we can suffer it, we could stop it or keep practicing.



The same happens when we bring the yoga teachings to our life and observe that each situation is allowing us to experience and grow. This situations can makes us stronger, more present, flexible and of course aware of our capabilities.


Experiences will come an go and if we take each opportunity we can be able to expand this amazing life experience on the mat or in life.


The rhythm of life is just a process for us to recognize our true nature and live it with joy. 

We use the flow of our own powerful life to solve challenges and to create new beautiful experiences for us and the ones around us.
