Relax & Accept

How many times do we live in the urge to please others, buy things, work to get more and in the meanwhile forgetting to realize how beautiful the sun shines, listen to the birds singing so beautifully, and that the roses might be shinier than yesterday. We are so used to living outside of ourselves that we tend to forget to come back where everything comes from; inside.

We could relax from the outcomes and external expectations and better relax and accept the place where we are. We should see the world around us and all its perfection. If we pay close attention, more things can be discovered.

We should accept that we are containers of everything we need. The yoga philosophy teaches that everything comes and starts from the inside because that is how we were created. In order for a flower to grow, a seed needs to start from the inside and from there starts stretching to reach its beautiful goal. We could trust that everything we have on ourselves and around us is perfect for us at this moment and it’s going to bloom at its correct time and moment.

In the moment that relaxation and acceptance join forces, like the salt and the water in the ocean, we will be able to enjoy the unfolding pleasures of being present in ourselves.

Remember that the goal it's just a spot, a reaching point. Let’s better look at the journey and accept the present with its own adventures. If we decide to accept the changes and the new, we can be in a state of trust and relaxation. Here, we can be open to new situations, new people and a new you.

I invite you to get closer to nature and appreciate the dance between the shining sky, melting its energy with the wind, that plays around the tree leaves and melts into shades of color and at the same time joins forces with the colors of the flowers and the birds songs.
