Living Attentive to the Breath


It’s amazing the feeling of accomplishment every time we finish a project. When it is complete, it is so beautiful, just like your baby. We sure know that we need to find tools and materials to work with our full awareness. We deeply know that to get there, we had to put all of our knowledge, effort, and love to get to our goal.


In yoga and in life, this works the same way. There are times that we might feel overwhelmed by the big amount of things to do. There are things that we feel we have to do, that we are not sure how to do them, but also things we are eager to do. And we might ask ourselves so many times how can we accomplish all that without a burden feeling? We really want to finish quickly but not sure how?


The clue is as simple as taking one breath at a time and/or one thing a time with full attention and of course love. Even those things that we feel that are such a burden can be done with so much love with willingness. We can organize ourselves from inside to outside to enjoy every step and every decision in full by just putting a bright attitude from us.


When organized in mind and body, everything we do can be accomplished by full awareness and attention. This will lead to finishing sooner, enjoying each step and each breath until we know that our goal is done.


When life is approached with a good attitude and willingness, everything will be developed easily and effectively. Enjoy each breath, stop wasting your berths without enjoying each moment.


Everything you do is done with love and you will find yourself observing so much you have done and be proud of yourself and your work.
