What really means to go deep? Deep where? Why? Or when? Well, going extreme, we can wake up one day and decide to go to the ocean and just so, dive into its depths. Maybe, that sounds crazy or scary, maybe it sounds amazing and adventurous. That will depend on each individual person for sure. Well, that can be the same scenario if you’re asked to practice yoga and meditation and dive deep into your feelings, or emotions of your heart. Different ideas can cross our minds in different directions, and even sound silly. However, if we’re willing for change, freedom and acceptance, we’ll just dive deep and enjoy the journey.
When we go deep, let’s say in meditation, we can understand that there is a moment in between inhales and exhales that becomes magical and unspeakable. It’s a space in between the clouds where everything looks clear and we can see better. It’s also the place when we are situated in between so many noises and we can still hear our breath. All of this and more are the moments when we realized that there is not need to leave outside because everything we need is inside of us. Because here, we can find stillness, clarity, silence and a deeper understanding of our reality.
And when we go deeper to understand better, we’re able to surrender and trust. We open ourselves to see that we’ve been always guided until now and that our efforts have been just stressing us out. So then, we can just open our arms and hands to receive the best and more, and also put our hands together closer to our hearts to be grateful for all the blessings we have at this present moment.
From there, we can completely understand that these and all were meant to be. It has been always perfect for us. So, we can trust that what has to come, will be perfect too.
This is clearly an invitation to enjoy the depths of our divine wisdom; meditate, practice yoga, or enjoy nature in a trip to the beach or the mountains. (You can find and practice a guided reading meditation in my article Silence)
